I requested same crew that moved me last time since I was really satisfied with the work Mike and Tommy did. However, I had to settle for John and Randy instead, but as it turned out, that made no difference. The move went as good as my previous one. I thought perhaps the first time I got lucky, but my second moving experience with Milestone proved they have really good crews. No matter what crew is assigned to your job, seems like one team will nail it down better than the other. THANK YOU. quot

Phone interactions with the office were WONDERFUL, courteous, professional, prompt and was able to speak with the same person throughout the arrangements- Jo(h)n was GREAT (and Brett too on day of).Day of the move- I was a little concerned when my mover called to ask if he should bring tools (isn't it just standard to keep tools in the truck?) and he inquired if we were still on as it was raining which I thought strange because don't people move in the rain? (...) Moving time- to the two gentlemen's credit despite the rain and eventual torrential DOWNPOUR and flooding, they were AMAZING! Kept working through it all- even up to their ankles in water (no wonder they asked if I wanted to cancel due to the rain- though you can never guess what mother nature will do). They were super nice, professional, and courteous. These guys were real troupers and positive through the whole thing (...) Had there been no inclement weather I don't think the true (determined) colors of these guys would have shown through and I would have thought the experience mediocre but these guys kept on through the downpour. I have been meaning to write to you ever since I moved a month ago, though things have been kind of crazy. What I wanted to tell you is what a fantastic job Rudy Gonzalez and his team did for me. What they did for me was really heroic, and almost impossible. I think they must've worked in 36 hours on my move, and only a third of that in transit. I don't know when they got any sleep.

As you know, my move was very complicated, with four stops involved. Somehow they manage to get everything to the right place, and nothing was broken (except in a couple of cases by me, after they left!). Their attention to detail, and care in preparing items for the move, was like nothing I have ever seen in movers before. At times they seem to know more about what I wanted than I did--even though they were doing all the work, I was exhausted!

I am grateful to you for sending me such incredible people to work with, and I can't recommend them enough to others. Please give them my best. quot

When Milestone say you get 60minutes of work each hour, they were not kidding. My move took nearly 14 hours and I must say those wonderful guys earned every single penny. The BEST move I ever made (and I have made quite a few)!!! What is normally a very stressful process was a totally STRESS-FREE day! Movers arrived early, wasted no time assessing the move (which is very important when you are paying by the hour) and moved me out of my apartment into a home in less than the time anticipated. Movers were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS and the pricing is VERY REASONABLE.

Cannot say enough about Milestone Relocation and its staff! I was not charged for supplies and the last hour was pro-rated. I would gladly recommend Milestone to all who want a stress-free moving experience!
