The customer service was exceptional. I received an email on time with my confirmation. The truck showed up at the time I was given. the guys were great! took all furniture apart and nothing was damaged. they made sure everything was packed in the truck nicely. Guys were very professional. Once we arrived at the new place, they had the truck unloaded in no time and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. I've moved at least a dozen of times, and I can say, without overstating, that Milestone Relocation Solutions has been the best mover I've worked with so far.
For the level of services Milestone provides, I would say they are undercharging their customers! Rates were lower or equaled the prices of other movers, but I highly doubt anyone can come even close to professionalism, attention to details and customer satisfaction oriented moving experience Milestone has to offer. quotes

I am so impressed with the service I received from Milestone Relocation service. The movers were on time and moved VERY quickly, they were extremely professional, even immediately returning my wallet that I had accidentally dropped in one of the totes. I moved not long ago from a different apartment using a different company and had an okay experience but the movers yesterday literally carried twice as much and moved much more diligently. I was also impressed with the speedy response I received after requesting a quote and the personalized service I received over the phone from Richard Gordon. Hello I live in the Uptown area of Charlotte and I used Milestone Movers on September 8, 2011 to move to a new condo in the area. The movers, Jonathon and Ivan, were very determined to move things in a safe and quick manner. They really took great care with everything and paid close attention to my larger items wrapping my king-sized bed, large TV, dresser, couch, etc. in a way that protected them from any scratches or scuffs. I was amazed when they got to my new place and they opened the truck and everything was neatly organized and wrapped in blankets. I could tell they went the extra mile. I am fully unpacked now and haven't seen any damage to any of my things. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work they did and will probably use Milestone Movers again. A++ ! quotes
